2013 NSA Austin Open House at UT, Nov. 4
Each year, the NSA Austin Chapter hosts an Open House at the University of Texas geared towards bringing the stuttering and professional communities together, and educating the public about stuttering.
This event is free and open to the public, and we especially invite student clinicians and faculty in the CSD departments at the University of Texas, and Texas State University; adults, kids and families affected by stuttering, and speech-language pathologists (SLPs). A panel of people who stutter will address the audience about our diverse experiences and the role of self-help/mutual aid groups in our recovery from stuttering.
